I love what I do, and it has truly been a life long journey for me. I connect deeply to several lineages of healing because they produce radical healing results. Personally they have been such gifts in my own journey of healing, health, connection, growth, and contribution. My practice is not just my work and my profession, it is a sacred calling. I have devoted 20+ years of my life to deep study, embodiment and practice. I still study and learn an hour per day, on top of my busy clinic schedule.

I simply love it, and I love helping people just like you heal and re-connect to wholeness. The ripple effects you will have because of better health and vitality are immeasurable. 

​And as you can see from the video above, I too have been through my own health journey that radically changed my life and opened my heart. I have deep empathy for clients because I, too, was that multi-layered complex client. The challenge, for me,  was that I had to piece the work I do together over a period of years as I healed, learning from the top healers, teachers, and clinicians from around the world.

I clearly saw we are all a constellation of layers of influence - Alignment and structure, cellular health, subtle energy, organ function, brain function, gut function, immune system, detoxification, poly vagal function, unresolved trauma. psychology, mindset, energy balance, and energetic bionomics. 

I have deep training in how traumas in life, physical or emotional, can change the way our brain works and, thus, block our ability to self-heal and self-regulate.

By restoring natural brain and body balance we have  incredible results with chronic pain, auto-immune disorders, chronic viral conditions (including Long Covid), Lyme disease (and co-infections), traumatic brain injury, chronic back pain, disc injuries, chronic complex digestive disorders, mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, sensory integration challenges, and learning and attention challenges.
